We generate diffuse limits around the restaurant and the entrance to recreate the perception of a marine element. It seems as if we were in a marine sponge. Circular shapes in enclosures and in furniture and equipment are used to enfatice that perception of being in a marine element. Fish tanks inside and outside the restaurant are the main focus of it.

Curved polycarbonate enclosures are used to separate the main three areas we have in Cape Nao to recreate the perception of the waves and enfatice those blured limits. White rubber
bands are used as perimetral enclosures and ceilings.

Teka woods and polyshed inox steel are used in.

Tables with circular shapes where the waiter can enter into them and cook for the clients around them are used as the main distinguishable piece of furniture. In the middle of those big circular tables we will emplace grills for a live cooking show.

Pillars have double function, the structural one, and reflect all furniture around and light.

Fish tanks as focus
To recreate the perception of being eating in the
middle of the sea, there are eleven fish tanks.
They can appear in the middle of the space or
camouflaging into the diffuse limit.
Route

dishes or food direct from the kitchen.
Waitter can cook meat on the grill that is in the
center of the circular tables.Tables with a smaller diameter comensals eat around them.
Access
Direct access from the beach.
After a day sunbathing on the beach you can
go to the outdoor area of the Cape Nao restaurant to see the sunset surrounded by fishes.
Bound cells
Fishbowls are immovable elements and tables can be moved around them.

low - medium category.

Circular tables
There are three different types of tables depend on the diameter. This is a detail of the biggest one.
The curve shape recreates the idea of waves and the material, teka wood the boats.
There´s a grill in the center and the waiter can enter and cook in front of the commensals.
The material of the lower part of the table is steel mirror, so it reflects everything around.
Fish tanks
They are the focus of the space. The elements that organized the tables.
They recreate the perception of “ eating in the middle of the sea”.
Into a marine sponge
Diffuse limits to generate the sensation of being into a marine sponge.
The material is elastic rubber, and it can be swing by the wind
Waves separate the areas
Polycarbonate enclosure separate the kitchen from the restaurant and the restaurant from the outdoor area.
Their shape remember the waves in the sea.
