• Greenhouse as the main area.

• Modularity : Space can grow.

Direct connection with the kitchen

Glass enclousure defines limits.

You go to the greenhouse to have lunch with nature
around.

Geometry
There is a clear geometry which make a
difference between two spaces Indoor and
outdoor.
Closed
Space is closed as a sealed box.
Interior and exterior spaces are clearly different.
Space to be seen as a greenhouse.
It is a closed space but the use of glass as a
cladding material does not generate limits.
Almost Open
According to the programmatic need and
influx, panels open to approach an indooroutdoor
transition game.
This allows different possibilities of ventilation
and access.
Completely Open
There´s a transition between the inside and
the outside. There are no limits in the
space. Open green space, where the exterior
is colonizes by vegetation without existing
view limits and allowing the free passage.
Vegetation as focus
Mobile vegetation plots that adapt to the
different possibilities of configuration.
They generate clears that recreate the idea
“eat in the forest´s clear”
Configuration
Structural pillars order the space because of
their double functionality.
Their gadgets give support to their users and
tables.
Configuration in a top view.
The glass enclosure “plays” to generate different perceptions ofthe space.
The skylights configure a “vie- no view map”.
Translucent and transparent polycarbonate skylights ordered the space acording to the requirement.
For example the waiter area has a transparent skylight to receive all light possible.
Waiter Bar
The waiter prepares over the table bar some drinks and organizes the food ordered
for the dinner service.
Gadgets give support to the waiter and a glass in front of the waiter table
separate this area.
Healthy Bar
Have lunch in a natural environment that recreates the feeling of eating in the forest clearings.
There´s a quiet space between vegetation, able to read and take a sweet while you disconnect
from the city.
Space is transformed according to the requirements ,but always with plants as focus and main elements.

There is a main area, easily distingued, that recreates a greenhouse. A place you can have lunch with all vegetation around.

The enclusure of the building allows you to create a closed space or a space of transition where exterior and interior are connected.

In this concept, structural pillars (10cm) will be the key space.

They orden the distribution of the tables.

Pillars have double function:
Structural and there gadgets give support to the tables.
They recreate the perception of being in a forest and eat in this clears.

Modularity allows the space to grow if it´s necessary.
Use of finishing materials and furniture that evoke the idea of a greenhouse. Folding chairs, granite paving stone, mobiles pots with vegetation.
